Wednesday February 18Th was our 14Th Wedding Anniversary! WOW! We decided that we would all take the day off and go to Deer Valley. We have never been there and Shaion has always wanted to go. Everyone was excited for the day and it was going to be alot of fun. When we got up there it was a light snow and tons of light fluffy snow on the slopes. We started out making our way around the mountain they have a ton of ski lifts which we decided was a bit of a drawback. We made
several runs and the kids were doing great.
On one of the runs their was a ton of bumpy bumps(that's what Liam calls them) and the edge of my ski caught one and CRASH I flipped and landed on my head. And boy did I see stars! After a few minutes I got up and we skied to the lodge so I could take a break. I thought I was feeling better so we set out again, but I was to nauseated so we came back to the lodge and had lunch. I need more time so Shaion took the boys and they made a few runs. Finally I was feeling better. The sun came out and everything was going great. It was towards the end of the day so we started to make our way down the mountain you even have to ride lifts to do that. We were all standing in line for a quad chair. I don't know what happened but somehow Shaion and Liam got on Hayden fell and the chair lift hit me and I fell on top of Hayden. Hayden was sooo embarrassed! What else could mom do to embarrass the family. And let me tell you those chairs pack quite the punch! We finally made it down and started our long journey home. Nothing else could possible go wrong after all that. But it did for me I got car sick. I just have to laugh! The next day I felt like I had been hit by a car. Shaion stayed home from work to make sure I was alright and I took the day off cause I had a monstrous headache. Every day I feel a little better. But that was quite the anniversary!

I can't believe that you have been married that long. It only seems a few years. I remember going to your wedding in the canyon and I think that Dirk's Dad married you. WOW...congrats! Are you going skiing anytime soon :-)?
